My Favorite Touhou Characters
My all-time favorite character is Nitori Kawashiro. She first appears in Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith (東方風神録). She is a shy kappa who, upon first encounter, quickly runs away and retreats. I like her because her design is very cute and she’s also super into technology since she is an engineer! 
My second favorite character is Hina Kagiyama. Her first game appearance was also Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith (東方風神録). I like her again because her design is cute, but I also really love her personality. She is very kind, before you fight her she explains that she is a friend to humans and only wants to help you by chasing you away so you don’t go further into danger. I also think her spinning is really silly and endearing.
My third favorite, but somewhat tied with Hina, is Suika Ibuki. If I were to selfship with any Touhou character it’d be her… She is a fighter who loves to drink and is very strong… I believe her first appearance was in Immaterial and Missing Power as the final boss, but I’m unsure because I actually don’t play the Touhou fighting games, just the mainline bullet hells… But I really love her design and personality still despite not playing many games with her.
The last charachter I can think of who I'd consider a real favorite is Fujiwara no Mokou. Mokou is awesome. Touhou 8 is one of my favorite games and I just find her story interesting. Also she is cool asf.
